    Highly recommend

My husband and I stayed here for two nights, 16-17th December and this is our 2nd year we've been. Our room this time was very spacious, clean, tidy and was again a pleasant stay. When I booked it did say double bed and a sofa which would have been great to relax but unfortunately this turned out to be a very unstable camp bed. The floor lamp didn't work, could have been a bulb but wasn't really a problem. The staff was lovely again, so helpful but parking should again be addressed. This was approximately 4 bus stops away or a 15-20 minute walk. A walk I wouldn't do by myself. I'll quite happily give a excellent/good for our stay, a few improvements needed but would recommend this hotel.

    Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money, friendly staff and great location. No thrills, but if you're looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful that is clean and tidy in an easy, convenient location and within touching distance of central London, then I would highly recommend. Only 5 mins walk from Manor House tube station, which is zone 2/3 on the Piccadilly line.

I didn't accommodate my self there but my parents did. It seemed to be the most convenient choice for accommodation around my neighborhood in Haringey for that kind of occasion. The price was not too high and my parents made no comment or complaints about their accommodation. Very likely to book again whenever necessary.

Perfect for Alexandra Palace and sight seeing

Awesome friendly staff who were always willing to help, homely modern feel, good food and reasonably priced. The location is ideal, 2 minutes to Manor House tube station on the Piccadilly line, meaning Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and Covent Gardens are under 30 mins away. Alexandra Palace is also under 30 mins in a taxi (£9). Already recommended this place to a friend.
