Rooftop Bar Transformed into Utopian Las Vegas – Ever wondered what it would be like to co-exist in a utopian society?
Definition: The idea of a perfect society which possesses highly desirable or nearly perfect qualities for its citizen, where everyone works well together and is happy.
In terms of modern society, the idea of achieving a utopian society sounds almost impossible. With certain world affairs, i.e environmental, the process of reversal is almost not achievable. As mentioned earlier, the definition entailed a society where everyone works well together and is happy, meaning in all aspects of life, everything is well sorted. While it all seems almost unimaginable, re-enacting the possibility is definitely do-able.
At East London’s Queen of Hoxton is set to be transformed its rooftop bar into a utopian Las Vegas – Lost Vegas! Set in the year of 2030, following a rebellion from a tribe of American eco-warriors which the bar is calling Trumpegeddon, what you’ll see in Lost Vegas is what remained of a city of bright lights and entertainment galore.
A bar which is made from an abandoned school bus, vending machines which stock a ton of treats i.e. BOOZE ICE LOLLIES, and of course, VEGAN hot dogs to support the eco-friendly movement. In addition to that, a number of talks regarding sustainability will be featured following a number of film screening from the Rooftop Cinema Club.
